Hamilton Community Schools

August 20th 2025 The Hamilton Marines competed last night at DeKalb High School in a 4K race, a shorter distance than the traditional 5K run at IHSAA events. The meet featured a competitive field of 111 athletes. Hamilton was led by freshman Lucas Taylor, who finished 42nd overall with a time of 15:53.20, followed closely by Robert Schiek, who placed 43rd at 16:00.00. Strong efforts were also turned in by Larsen Dilts, Copper Farnham, Abbott Lingo, Marcus Sommers, and Graysen Dilts, as the Marines continue to build momentum early in the season. The team will return to action on Saturday morning at Elkhart Christian.
