August 18th 2025 This past Saturday, the Hamilton Marines (0-1) hosted the Edon Bombers (1-0) in varsity volleyball action. Despite battling throughout the afternoon, Hamilton fell in straight sets 3-0 by scores of 11-25, 10-25, and 9-25. The Marines had several bright spots in the match. Lydia Hicks recorded 2 aces and added 2 blocks at the net, while Akira Geeraedts made her presence felt defensively with 4 solo blocks. Harlow Price chipped in with 2 aces from the service line. Hamilton will look to regroup quickly as they return to the court Monday night with a varsity matchup at North Central starting at 5:30 p.m.
